Community Action Partnership (Formerly Lincoln Action Program).
Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties is a private, non-profit Community Action Agency serving Lancaster and Saunders Counties in Nebraska. Like the more than 1,000 other Community Action Agencies across the United States, we provide supportive services to individuals and families facing poverty in our community.
The Lincoln YMCA has served the Lincoln community for more than 130 years through programs based on its core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Since 1996, Nebraska Appleseed has fought for justice and opportunity for all Nebraskans. Appleseed takes a systemic approach to complex issues – such as poverty, child welfare, immigration policy, and affordable health care – wherever we believe we can do the most good, whether that’s in the courthouse, at the statehouse, or in the community.

The Women's Commission is currently working on a video history project involving women who were active in the community in the 70's and 80's.
