Bio

At the University of New Mexico, I graduated and received my BA in Applied Mathematics and Criminology in 2016. As an undergraduate student, I was selected to be part of the McNair Scholars program where I was able to conduct research under the direction of Dr. Noah Painter-Davis. My research examined the sentencing disparities between white-collar defendants and those convicted of street crimes. I chose to come to UNL because of the supportive environment that was shown to me even before I entered the program. Through the encouragement I continue to receive from the connections I have made through the department, I know UNL is the perfect place to be to complete my MA.
