I joined the sociology department at UNL after receiving a BA in Sociology and Radio/TV/Film from San Jose State University in California. My areas of interest include family, gender, inequality, deviance, media and society, and GLBT issues. For my thesis, I am exploring the relationship between life satisfaction and the importance of biological relatedness in subfecund women.
