My broader interests include social networks, homelessness, social psychology, and mixed methods. After working in a homeless shelter for two and a half years, I decided that I needed to review some literature and conduct research in order to know how to truly help the homeless and impoverished. I am currently focusing my research on interactions between clients and staff of human service agencies to determine whether those interactions affect the long-term well being of the clients. I intend to write my thesis on this topic.
